KEGS provides all students and staff with a wonderful range of opportunities for personal development. Our calendar is packed with activities, events, trips and exchanges that give students that chance to make new friends, develop new skills and explore talents and interests that do not necessarily fit into the normal timetable.

Sport is very important at KEGS and we run teams for all age groups in football, cricket and rugby alongside a range of other sports. The Arts are also very strong and the annual stage productions and concerts are of a very high standard, well regarded by members of the local community.

Our focus on global citizenship and community service leads to a range of activities including charity fund-raising, mentoring children from local schools and supporting our partner Mogonjet School in a rural part of Kenya.

All students are members of a House; the House system plays an important role in school life. In addition the school offers countless opportunities to develop skills in leadership, teamwork, debating and public speaking. All of this activity is possible because of the commitment of members of staff who give freely of their time and, in so-doing, gain a huge amount of satisfaction. It is an infectious aspect of the KEGS Spirit!
